The 2013 GDE New Staff Training Successfully Concluded Edit Date:2013/09/12



To help the new staff better integrate themselves into the company, GDE, led by the Human Resources Department, provided the new staff with a 2-day comprehensive training and a 3-day professional training respectively which started from August 27 to September 2.

The HR department prepared the training thoroughly and carefully based on the previous experiences and suggestions given by the senior staff, and accordingly adjusted the training content, which was to add 华体体育-官方网站入口 activities, such as site visit and group communication with the general engineers of every discipline separately.

The procedure of the training was almost the same as the previous, the first of which was introduction. On the first day of the training, the HR manager gave a general introduction on the leaders of GDE who attended the opening meeting and afterwards new employees self-introduced to be acquainted with others. As customary, the general manager Chen Rongrong gave a welcome speech, and therewith the deputy-general manager Xu Lin introduced GDE’s production and operation conditions.

In the speech, the general manager Chen Rongrong warmly welcomed the new members and expressed his great expectations to them. Mr. Chen told them that GDE’s a big family where members got along well with each other and the warm and harmonious atmosphere would make them feel like they were at home. Besides, he promised them GDE’s a great team with a strong sense of responsibility that could provide them personal career development opportunities, and GDE followed the principles of distribution according to work. At last, Mr. Chen concluded his speech with the hope that the new staff should try their best to do their duty and do what they want, and should never stop learning to fulfill their dreams.

Then in the following training, new staff learned from GDE leaders about the company’s history and culture, development strategy, industry conditions, technical quality administration, management of network information, basic knowledge of design, construction procedures of engineering project, general contracting and security education, as well as rules and regulations of the company.

In order to help the new staff to be a qualified engineer, who should not only master prerequisite skills, but also have a basic knowledge of construction site organization, progress arrangement and project management, the company arranged a visit purposefully for them to the site of one of the general contract projects in An Bo. On site, they basically understood the concept of on-site construction with the explanation of the vice general manager, director Feng and manager Yang.

And in the later communications, chief engineers shared their experiences with their new workmates and told them what kind of problems they would encounter in work commonly and what kind of mistakes they would easily make, which was really beneficial for the new staff.

After the 5-day training, new employees had got to know about the company and their workmates and had acquired some basic knowledge of work and then they began to plunge into work with great passion and hope.
