Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of Haisum Group, Xu Datong and His Delegation Visited GDE for Publicity and Implementation and Subsidiary Investigation Edit Date：2019/05/31

       On 28th May 2019, Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of Haisum Group, Xu Datong and his delegation visited GDE for publicity and implementation of plan and subsidiary investigation, with GDE leaders accompanying.
       GDE organized personnel, including company leaders, middle-level heads and mainstay staff (generation after 1980s and 1990s), to take part into conference of publicity and implementation of plan. The conference started at 9.00 in the morning on 28th May. At the beginning, the publicity and implementation team introduced main context of Sinolight Group’s plan and emphasized the plan and development and revolution undertakings of Haisum Group in 2019.
       Afterwards, GDE Chairman Mr. Chen, as the representative of company leaders reported to the team in aspect of implementation of plan of Haisum Group by GDE, next step of GDE development, existing shortage and issues and relevant measures. The key work of GDE in 2019 was to focus on adjustment of industrial and product structure, of organization structure and resource optimization, to keep the energy for innovation and transformation.
       Conference attendants had lively discussion regarding the key undertakings of Haisum Group and its implementation. Other GDE leaders, directors of engineering departments, staff representative (generation after 1980s and 1990s) respectively made speech to look into the future and so did the publicity and implementation team.
       Eventually Secretary Xu made a conclusion and gave a micro party lesson based on the strategy. He fully affirmed the prospects and cohesion force of GDE and stated that the strategy and plan of Haisum Group was led by party building work, which infiltrated operation and achieved the common development goal. He emphasized that during the implementation of plan, all of us should hold the spirit of new startup to restart, optimize management mode, enhance innovation and market competiveness and satisfy better all staff’s dream of better life.
       After the conference finished, members of the team and people in charge of GDE started the investigation in aspect of enterprise culture and brand, human resource, management of operation, project and technique, international operation, financial management and so forth.
