GDE Cadre Conference Was Held Edit Date:2020/07/31
On 21st July afternoon, GDE Cadre Conference was held in GDE Conference Hall. Cadre appointment and removal was implemented during the conference. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Haisum Holdings and CEO made a speech. Member of Party Committee, CFO, Secretary of Board of Haisum Holdings and GDE Board Chairman, Lin Lin, HR Management and Head of Organization Department of Party Committee of Haisum Holdings, Chen Ping, Member of Discipline Committee, Deputy Director of Discipline Office and Deputy Director of Work Department of Haisum Holdings, Liu Bo, and GDE leader team, cadres and staff representatives attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Qing.
During the meeting, Cadre Appointment and Removal Document was announced by Chen Ping, Head of Organization Department of Party Committee of Haisum Holdings. The document mentioned that after the study by Party Committee of Haisum Holdings and agreement by Sinolight Group, Luo Jun had been appointed to be Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of GDE instead of Zhang Qing, the original Secretary and General Manager.
Zhang Qing reviewed his experience from 31 years ago when he just joined in GDE and presented his appreciation for the training and opportunities provided by the Organization, for the support and love by GDE staff. He also demonstrated his maximum passion and sense of duty against his new position.
Then the new Secretary and General Manager, Luo Jun, stated that he would definitely advocate and comply with the decision made by the Organization; build “4 Awarenesses” and insist “4 Confidences”; achieve “2 Maintenances”, implement strategy of Haisum Holdings and firmly mind politics; lead the leader team and maintain its unity and build sense of discipline and regulations; value the mission and achieve better performance with honor and courage by implementing all company decisions in detail and in place; and continuously maintain composure of catching projects and perseverance of achieving indicators to work hard for stepping over development during “the Fourteen Five-Year Plan”.
CEO Chen Rongrong made important speech. He mentioned that this appointment and removal of GDE leader team was cautiously decided by Party Committee and Board of Haisum Holdings based on the operational need and GDE staff and cadre were hoped to correctly recognize this adjustment from political view and view of company revolution. At meantime, Mr. Chen spoke highly of Zhang Qing on his diligent work style and political sense of duty and affirmed his outstanding contribution made for operation and development of GDE; he then hoped Mr. Luo Jun to get into his new character to achieve the expectation by the Organization and people. Eventually, Mr. Chen came up with 4 points of requirement against new leader team and all cadres and staff of GDE below:
The first is enhancing learning, hardworking and exploring potential. Potential of traditional food industry of GDE should be explored. Relevant department should carefully study the industry prospect and research and develop statics to build a new form of traditional industry and to recover GDE’s market status of food industry by hard exploration.
The second is keeping pace with times and leading the future. In recent years, GDE achieved outstanding performance in aspect of waste to power generation and BIM technology application. However with new trend, the new leader team should lead departments further on environmental industry to achieve diversified development.
The third is being realistic and objectively decisive. Learning consciousness and attitude should be enhanced without arrogancy and impatience; be learning from old comrades; be realistic and objectively decisive to monitor the market with market and client value orientation to constantly improve cohesion of staff and lead GDE to be constantly moving forward step by step.
The fourth is improving company efficient and properly building enterprise culture. Market Essential effect in resource allocation of market should be properly used; functions of administrative department should be developed; every cadre respected; every staff fairly treated. Enterprise culture and brand power should be properly built with better development and story.
Eventually, CEO Chen presented that the development of GDE was essential to stable development of Haisum Holdings; all staff were hoped to be encourage and hardworking, with new leadership, to create a better future of GDE.
