Recently, GDE won the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Project bid of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Xianyi Electronics Science and Technology Park, and will provide application for construction and approval, engineering design, engineering supervision, engineering cost, engineering management and other services for the project.
The project is located in North Yayun Avenue, Shiqi Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, the actual land area is 14081.59 square meters (about 21.12 mu), 111.5 meters long from east to west, and 121 meters wide from north to south. The project plans to build two new production buildings, one living building, one commercial office building and R&D center, which are mainly used for the R&D and production of electronic equipment, including the production of third-generation power semiconductor AMB substrates, microelectronic packaging interconnect materials and device production, etc. As one of the landmark buildings in Panyu District, Guangzhou, the project will become the headquarters of a leading high-tech industrial park at home and abroad after completion, leading the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.
