GDE attended the Vietnam Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Conference in China and signed a MOU with AMACCAO Group Edit Date：2023/10/11

       Recently, Luo Jun ,GDE’s Party Committee Secretary and Chairman ，with overseas business department’s members attended the Vietnam Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Conference in China. And signed a memorandum of understanding with Su Wennan, chairman of AMACCAO Group. witnessed by Dinh Tien Dung, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee, senior delegation from Hanoi City, Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee and relevant leaders of the Guangzhou Municipal Government.

       At the meeting, the two parties had a cordial exchange on the content of follow-up cooperation and reached an intention to cooperate in the research and development, design, and construction of Hanoi land comprehensive development projects . According to the memorandum of understanding, both parties will use advanced technology and rich experience to jointly promote the construction of an ecological city in the capital of Hanoi.

       After the meeting, Jiang Chao, GDE’s deputy general manager, with relevant leaders of the Architecture & Planning Institute and the Overseas Business Department had in-depth exchanges and discussions with AMACCAO Group on the future development plan and vision of the Hanoi Land Comprehensive Development Project. Both parties expressed their hope to further deepen cooperation for achieve complementary advantages and jointly create quality benchmark projects.

       In recent years, GDE has relied on its own advantages in technology, service, management and scientific research to actively respond to the national “Belt and Road” initiative and insist on “going abroad without hesitation”.

       We have always been committed to exploring overseas markets, strengthening overseas business development planning from the aspects of market, talent, technology, management,system etc, and comprehensively improving our international operating capabilities. Facts show that we have gradually bore fruit after unremitting efforts. Attending the Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Conference in China and signing a memorandum of understanding with AMACCAO Group is a milestone for GDE to enter the Vietnamese market. GDE will take this opportunity to insist on building high-quality projects, setting industry benchmarks, and contributing new forces to promote the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
